Something isn’t feeling quite right, and Krista understands how hard that can be.

Krista is a Registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting youth, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. She specializes in trauma- and attachment-focused therapy and is known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, with just the right sprinkle of humour to help clients feel at ease.

Krista works closely with families who want stronger, more connected parent–child relationships, supports teens navigating emotional regulation, behaviour concerns, anxiety, and trauma, and provides practical, personalized parent coaching. Her approach is thoughtful and collaborative, helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported every step of the way.

With advanced training in EMDR and additional training in DBT and CBT, Krista creates individualized treatment plans that meet clients where they are, not where they “should” be. She is passionate about helping people move out of survival mode and into a place of confidence, clarity, and meaningful change.
